The hotel sits in Pathunam, which is great for anyone shopping around Bangkok; the rates are fair and the staff are friendly. During my stay, on the day we were leaving, one of my companions accidentally left her luggage in the lobby. Once I let the hotel know, they sent the bag to the airport just an hour before our flight.

The location and cleanliness were good, but a few mineral water bottles should be kept in the freezer.

The hotel was close to a commercial area, but the neighborhood around it is quiet, which I don't like because there's no activity; in the morning you feel like you're in an industrial zone with the shops the hotel has.
