The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location was ideal—just a stone's throw from restaurants and shops, but the happy‑hour food was terrible.

“good location but poor housekeeping”

The hotel sits right on the edge of historic Fernandina Beach, but the bed wasn’t made correctly, the dresser was dirty with food from previous guests, and the bathroom floor had dirty spots; I told the front desk, who said they’d fix it, yet nothing changed.
