The location and the wonderful spaces in the hotel were great, and the food and drink were also very good. The room could be very noisy at times; despite what seemed like very solid walls I was continuously awakened by noises from other rooms.

The staff were amazing, kudos to the management, and the WhatsApp messenger service was very useful. No complaints.

The vibe was amazing, everything looked spotless, with plenty of comfy seats and super clean, modern rooms. We were a group of six friends, and the staff on the terrace and at dinner were incompetent – they seemed absent and you had to hunt them down. I even got a cold cappuccino while the others were waiting for cocktails that came together. During dinner no steak fork was set out even though the steaks were on the table. There was no drink with the few coffees, and the Irish coffees only arrived after 20 minutes. The second bottle of wine was hard to order and we had to ask again. Everything arrived late, and the excuses didn’t improve the experience. I emailed them with our feedback and got a polite reply, but the next evening was the same, even though it was quieter then. On the terrace we couldn’t order a second round at all. Dinner itself was served very late; the wine bottle was already on the table, nothing was requested, and it took 15 minutes before we were served again. By then the meal was already finished. Absolutely not recommended, even though the dinner itself was heavenly. What a letdown from the service.

I’ve stayed many times before. It’s a lovely place and the food is good. My only comment would be that the background music is a bit dull.

Staying in a castle is still special. The facilities, pool, bar, and outdoor terraces are beautiful. The room isn’t huge, but it’s enough. We ate wonderfully at the restaurant, though it was pricey. The terrace menu is cheaper. The only downside was a missing power plug by the bed and a vague blanket on the bed.
