Located right in the town center, close to a police station, a large supermarket, and two cafés, the hotel turned on the heating when I asked. However, there was no soundproofing so I could hear everything from the neighboring room, no option to adjust heating per room, and the water on the bathroom floor takes forever to dry, making it constantly slippery.

The hotel sits right in the center of Yerevan, near cafés, shops, the market, a bank, and a marshrutka stop. It’s fairly new, clean, and rooms include slippers and a toothbrush, with excellent hot water pressure and a coffee machine at reception. It’s perfect for a short stay in the city. The room lacked a split system—only a fan—there were no window mosquito nets, and street noise was audible.
