The breakfast choice and quality were good, and the hotel’s location was fine. However, the room and bathroom lacked lighting (making shaving difficult), the bathroom was very cramped, the toilet was extremely small, and it was hard to sit down. The doors were excessively noisy due to poor adjustment.

I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed to know my little Pepsi by heart—give him a shoutout, especially for the small basket and water service for my pup in room 226! The breakfast spread was flawless, offering a wide array of options: cheeses, veggies, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, crepes, croissants, chocolate bread, cereals, a selection of teas, and more, all managed smoothly by two staff members. The hotel’s atmosphere is stunning—peaceful, grand, and a true sanctuary. We spent a blissful moment on the terrace beside the beautiful fountain, just steps away from Avignon’s center and surrounded by shops like Sephora, Lush, H&M, and Fragonnard. An unforgettable stay in a dreamlike setting—don’t hesitate to experience it yourself. Carine and Pepsi. The only downside was that the fridge in room 226 didn’t cool properly.
