The location was good and the place was nice and clean. The restaurant was not good, with poor food quality and very slow service.

I booked the Indaba room for Aug 20‑Aug 21 as a one‑night stop before my 18‑day Intrepid tour, paying $85 plus fees for a total of about $102, and thought everything was confirmed. A week before departure I received a Visa bill showing that the hotel had canceled my original reservation and refunded the $102 “at my request,” even though I never asked for a cancellation. I had to rebook immediately, paying $130 plus an extra $30, and I’m still upset about this error.

The room was very nice and the facilities were good, and the restaurant was lovely, but the location is only safe and close to the mall while being far from everything else.
