The sofa and bed had to be pulled out; the mattress was worthless and the couch was uncomfortable.

Our 5-night stay at this cozy studio unit was nothing short of fantastic. The unit's charm and the woodburning fireplace made it the perfect retreat for a couple's ski vacation in Tahoe. Although the appliances and kitchen were a bit dated, everything functioned as expected. We encountered some minor issues with the heater and hair dryer, but local resources promptly resolved them. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even selling us some essentials from their front desk.

While there were some useful amenities in the room, such as a great fridge and laundry liquid, our stay was marred by several issues. The room was dirty, with dried noodles and cheese in the drawer, and crumbs on the floor. The room didn't match the photos, and the wifi didn't work, although the host offered to fix it. The bed was also uncomfortable, with a soft sponge on top that made it difficult to get up.
