The hotel is just a 5‑minute walk to Grand Plaza, so the Old Town is basically within strolling distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is historic and has been around for over 50 years, so there are some signs of wear and the floor squeaks a lot.

Andrés’ service was very cordial, attentive, and correct. The American‑style breakfast was spectacular. The house‑hotel is a beauty. We requested a very quiet room, and it was. The area is worth visiting, especially the ancient cathedral—marvelous! We’re very satisfied. As a suggestion, for those who want parking, note that a very large car may be difficult to maneuver into the parking space.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great central location, close to the main sights. The area is safe day and night. The hotel is pretty, colonial style, and well maintained. Breakfast is included and worth the price. There’s free private parking, which is a plus if you’re driving, though it’s a bit small and you have to leave the keys so they can move it. The old wooden floor creaks when you walk, which can be a bit annoying at times.
