The location, cleanliness and room were good, but the staff’s attention was a bit neglected.

“well located, clean well kept rooms very nice staff. helpful”

A clean room in the old town, centrally located. The staff were great, helpful and courteous, and they guided me to many nearby grocery stores. I liked the communal area for tea and coffee. I usually avoid balcony rooms because of noise, but after 8 pm traffic calmed down. One night a couple in the next room fought loudly for an hour, so it was noisy, but I managed; it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

“Good location”

Good location in the city centre, close to the parking hall. The rooms are small, and the walls are thin, so you can hear what’s happening in the neighbourhood.

The location was amazing. The room style was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The room is very tiny.
