Baune

The location was disappointing: we stayed 3 nights, but only got 2 nights of independence; the shared bathroom with the family was noisy because of the kids, and the curtains were just a blanket. It was too far from Circuit du Mans compared to what was advertised. I paid for the breakfasts, got no commercial gesture despite an early departure, but the people were charming and pleasant, and the house was beautiful. The price seemed exaggerated for the lack of privacy. This is only my opinion; my wife didn't feel the same.

The furniture and the house were impeccable and pretty. The hosts were really friendly, and the place is easy to find on GPS. Overall, everything was flawless.

“Jolie chambre a proximité du Mans”

The owners were very kind and easy to communicate with. The room was spacious and modern with an integrated shower. The toilet was in the hallway. The décor was lovely. You can hear the house noises, and morning light comes in; a curtain might be needed.

The location was very quiet, which mattered to us because we had two electric bikes parked behind the car. The owners gave us a warm welcome, and we were offered a cup of coffee at departure. The room was carefully furnished with a shower and sink. The toilet is right next to the room but is only used by the tenants. The room had plenty of power outlets, toiletries were provided, and we were offered two bottles of water. We would definitely recommend Baune for a layover near Le Mans, and if we travel again we’ll consider staying there again.

“Arnaque”

The description was wrong. The large room we expected (two double beds) turned out to be a small room that only became available at 20:00, apparently previously shared by a family member. There was no curtain (just a bath towel), and the toilet was shared. The false description is the owners’ responsibility, according to Booking. The three comments mentioned are impossible because there has been only one guest since the Booking listing, as the owner admitted. It doesn’t justify the 93 euros.
