The room was clean and check‑in was easy with friendly staff, yet there were a lot of sketchy people hanging out there and it seemed like many drug addicts were present.

Everything was fine—clean, friendly, and in a quiet location—but there was no proper breakfast, just something quick, so we didn’t even bother with it; the booking simply listed “breakfast,” which is what we expected.

Excellent location: close to the hospital, JMU stadium, Starbucks, 7‑Eleven, and a neighborhood Walmart; it is fairly new and in good condition, rooms are serviced weekly, and you can get fresh towels and what you need. This is designed to be a “no frills” property, which was exactly what we expected.
