The room was very nice, the staff were very friendly, the manager was kind, and the breakfast was rich and excellent.

The hotel is wonderful right behind the dike and on the smallest pedestrian zone by the mudflats 😊. Service was very attentive, the food plentiful and reasonably priced!! – booking is recommended. As guests of the hotel, the rooms were very clean, the team warm, and breakfast had everything one could wish for. Parking was directly at the hotel (10€ per night, which was waived kindly without asking 👏!). A charging station was nearby at the public parking lot… and our smoke‑dampening dog Ludwig was also welcome 😊 We can recommend the hotel and restaurant without reservation… and we’ll gladly return 🙂. There was nothing to complain about – which is surprisingly good for Swabians 🙂

The whole team at Hotel Neptun was competent, courteous, helpful and pleasantly chatty, the breakfast was perfect, abundant and varied, the room was spacious, bright and always clean – we slept like the "Marmots". A hotel simply for feeling at ease! Everything fit perfectly.
