Everything was clean, the service was truly spectacular, and I was delighted with this hotel.

The brand‑new hotel had a great pool and was a great value in August. It was supposedly walkable to Epic Universe, but the bus ran very frequently and quickly.

Being next to the parks was definitely a plus, the hotel is very pretty and has excellent facilities, and they even give you the room access cards for free. I had trouble getting into Universal because of Universal issues; the hotel could have checked my information beforehand and I lost 30 minutes of early entry because of that.
