No breakfast was provided, which gave us independence and privacy, but it would have been nice to have a chance to mingle. Contacting the manager was easy and friendly, and the welcome was very good! The staff helped us with local information. There was a washing machine with a compartment for doing laundry on site, so it was a shame we couldn’t use it. The reception area felt a bit cramped; perhaps the layout of the microwave and other appliances could be improved. It would also be nice to have a space to meet other solo women travelers.

The host was very kind. It felt safe for a solo traveler, and check‑in was smooth. The room is quite spacious for the price. Some appliances didn’t work, and there was a faint hint of smoke.

The guesthouse sits on a quiet side street right in the heart of Hongdae, with buses, subways and trains nearby. The room was calm and spotless, and the owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely come back.

The location was fantastic, the bed and bedding were comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the room was very decently sized. It sits on a quiet side street, close to many restaurants, convenience stores, and cool shops in Hongdae. It’s a little expensive, but that’s expected for a solo traveler in a prime Seoul location.

“Clean women’s only guesthouse near hongik university”

The location was great, within walking distance of plenty of food and near the university, which has a lively nightlife. I had a room with a private bathroom, but it wasn’t inside the room; I had to walk through a very brightly lit entryway. If the lights were dimmed at night, it would have been much more pleasant.
