The place was pretty nice, especially the spot right by the sea with a lovely view; it’s not as crowded as Playa Blanca and there are fewer street vendors. The room was comfortable, and the balcony with a hammock was awesome. They offer board games and rentals for snorkel or paddle. The restaurant service could use some improvement, and the fly problem needs better control measures.

The balcony of the beachfront room was great and the staff were super friendly, even if they weren’t really trained at the bar; we liked the music, but a broader mix of genres throughout the day would have been better than the constant techno vibe.

The location is good. The water is a thin stream with no pressure, so you can only bathe once a day. The staff are very kind, but the facilities and the water issue need improvement.

We had a very pleasant stay at Freedom Beach Club. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we felt very welcomed. Nathalia did an amazing job in particular. This has nothing to do with Freedom Beach Club itself, but be aware of mini scams on the beach.
