The beds were comfortable, parking was free, and the breakfast was good. The room was cold, especially on the stairs 🙈.

The breakfast was excellent, and the sports bar was entertaining. However, the restaurant menu was sparse with limited choices, whereas the sports bar offered a more extensive selection. The air conditioning in the sports bar was set quite high, so I had to wear a sweater in some spots.

The older woman with blonde hair who worked in customer service was awful. She snapped at me when I asked a question.

The bed was large, spacious, and nice. The breakfast was great. The wallpaper with large pink flowers and other patterns wasn’t my style. Later, when I showered on Saturday around 14:00, there was no hot water.

Saknade varmvatten och tryck i duschen. Efter att detta påtalats blev det ingen respons eller återkoppling från hotellet. Jag avbröt min vistelse i förtid kl 10.30 pga av händelse i tjänsten. Personalen hänvisade till Booking för att om möjligt få tillbaka betalningen för den outnyttjade natten. Booking uppgav att avbokningen skulle skötas direkt av hotellet. Fick därmed ingen kompensation för att rummet lämnades 1dygn i förtid. Mkt dyrt dessutom betalade drygt 5 000kr för två nätter
