The location was close to the Vatican, but there was no kitchen, the beds were dirty, other guests entered our room while we slept thinking it was theirs, and there were no blankets and the TV didn’t work.

The place is in a great spot. It only has the basics overall, but it's pretty good for the price and location.

The location is solid! The pillow is huge and hurts my neck, and the towel was so small I couldn't sleep.

The location is great, the room is very clean and comfortable – I recommend it 100%.

The bathroom door only opens halfway because it hits the bed, the air conditioner isn't working, and hot water stopped. Check‑in was awful: the manager sent me to a reception that didn't exist, then told me to ring a doorbell, and finally sent me to another building with keys to an occupied room that I had to sort out myself. The whole stay was terrible; I couldn't wait to leave and couldn't sleep at all.
