Annie at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, though dated, and the lobby was cozy. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but the bathroom needs a remodel or upgrade, and better towels would be appreciated.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the venue for my event, and there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. I had a hiccup with my reservation, but once I supplied the new booking details, the staff resolved it swiftly.

The proximity to Thanksgiving Point activities made the stay convenient.

The location, breakfast, and comfort were good. The laundry facilities were out of order both days.

A stain on the side of the bed and on the floor made the room feel less clean than expected.
