The hotel cancelled our reservation with no explanation at all. We were driving from Phoenix to visit Fort Lewis College when we received an email on the way to Colorado that our booking was cancelled, forcing us to scramble for another hotel; the residence claimed they were fully booked and had given our advance reservation to another guest.

Nice stay, just outside the center, only a few minutes on foot. Clean, modern, tidy, roomy rooms, fully equipped, good beds, good breakfast.
