I can’t remember how many times we’ve stayed here, but most of the time Nehabat Hanım was there to help us. We’re very grateful to her.

It’s a small hotel, definitely not 4‑star, but it’s clean. The room was very cramped and narrow, contrary to the photos that made it look bigger. At night you could hear guests passing in the hallway right through the door.

The location and logistics were good. We arrived in the evening with a reservation, they greeted us well, but when we entered the room the carpet had no folds! I told reception and they just shrugged and brought me some light rolls without sheets or pillowcases, just a ball of fabric tossed overhand. Breakfast was missing too, and the coffee was just Nes, better to drink vinegar! 😩😡

The room had every amenity listed, but I didn’t expect it to be so small. The bed was very comfortable, yet the duvet was too light and we felt cold all night. It was also quite noisy; a loud argument between other guests kept us from sleeping. The staff were very kind, and communication was easy and pleasant.
