“Schlechte Kommunikation in einem schönen etwas dunklen Zimmer.”

The breakfast was sparse, but the bar manager was friendly and helpful. The room was nicely furnished. I didn’t get a good view from the room; it faced a courtyard, making it a bit dark. Initially, I had major trouble getting into the room—online check‑in failed, and there was no key in “my” locker; someone on site helped me contact the operators, and then I had to wait 20 minutes for a key. The communication was very poor.

The view was stunning and the bed was comfortable. When a breakfast package is advertised (even with vouchers for coffee and pastries), it should be honored… otherwise I consider it theft. I even took the time to write to you to point this out so you could address it, but received no response. On the other hand, you did reach out to me about paying the tourist tax.

“Pessimo e esigo il rimborso”

Basically nothing, because the host took us to a different property than the one booked; the host promised a €40 refund, but I would never pay for an apartment like that. The bathroom flooded due to a clogged shower, the toilet was broken, we had no air conditioning, the freezer leaked water, the dehumidifier made noise and didn’t work, we didn’t have a TV remote, and there was a strong musty smell inside.
