The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I had a great time overall; the staff were friendly and easy to talk to, making the stay enjoyable. However, I had to wait in the lobby for a while because the rooms were full and the hotel’s pre‑booking system isn’t available in the app, so anyone booking should contact the staff. Even though the wait was long, the staff quickly set up an alternate room for us, which was satisfactory.

When the wind blows, all the windows shake, there are too many mosquitoes, and the bathroom shower isn’t working, and the room wasn’t clean.

Very disappointing stay at Daan Orchid Hotel: the staff were rude and unprofessional, they kept insisting on an advance payment even though the reservation said no payment was required until arrival, sending payment links repeatedly. The room wasn’t clean, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the whole setup felt more like a basic lodge than a hotel. I’m fed up and would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve service, cleanliness, and customer handling.
