The house had been rented for a month, so I didn’t get a room and had to find a hotel at 17:00 that same day. Not great for travel! I’m still waiting for a refund.

The food was absolutely intense, the décor and location were lovely, and the host was very kind; the breakfast was stunning. I wish the pool could be refreshed – perhaps trimming the hedges that collect dead leaves and brightening the wood floor, which feels a bit too dark for my taste, would be worthwhile.

The room was great and the breakfast was good. I never received the invoice, even after multiple contacts, ten phone calls, voicemails, and emails, which I need for my business reimbursement.

“A refaire”

The garden view was beautiful and the countryside vibe in town was charming. Everything was perfect.

“Not plesant”

The location was decent. The website photo was misleading. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived, so we waited 45 minutes in the rain before another guest let us in. I couldn’t reach the property messenger. The key for our room was simply left on the lobby table. The room wasn’t cleaned properly – glasses still had wine residue and the bathroom was dirty. The owner appeared later that evening, didn’t apologize or try to clean the room. We had to leave at 6 am the next morning, and when we asked if a sandwich could be made for us, we were told, “Absolutely no! Breakfast is at 8 am.” Hospitality isn’t this hotel’s strong suit.
