The surroundings—Pilar, Andrés, Tabaco, and Kiara—made the place perfect for disconnecting. Getting to the city center is easy by bus, and Pilar helped us. She also helped plan excursions (Amazon River and kayaking, highly recommended) and connected us with a reliable taxi driver for the whole stay. The only thing we missed was hot water.

Pilar was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, greeting us with a friendly smile that made us feel at home right from the start. The house was spotless, cleaned daily, and kept to a very high standard, with filtered water always available. Pilar was always available, ready to answer any questions, and genuinely cared about making our experience the best it could be. Her dogs are the sweetest, and we already miss Kiara…

Pilar is a fantastic hostess. She is very kind, friendly and helped us a lot in all the matters.The lodge is in the jungle, we enjoyed a lot its sounds. Pilar provided us a bout tour in the flooded jungle, wich was a truely amazing expirience! Also the jungle night walk was unforgettable! Thank you Pilar for making our trip to Liticia absolutely amazing!

Amazona Lodge sits right in the jungle yet is only an 11‑km ride from Leticia, reachable by taxi or tuk‑tuk, and Pilar greeted us with genuine friendliness. The rooms are roomy, and the big common area with hammocks and sofas is perfect for just unwinding. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it. [/BODY]
