La ubicació. L’ Internet es un desastre. L’hotel es vell i tronat. S’ha de fer servir el WC amb molta dificultat per l’estret del lloc. El personal no contesta el telèfon amb l’explicació de que està sola. O el recomanaria a ningú!

The air conditioning was off and the room was so hot that you couldn’t sit or sleep; the hotel should make adjustments so guests are comfortable.
