Leaving. The room is tiny, cheaply and poorly converted into a rental; it feels like a joke and is massively overpriced—worth only half the owner's charge. The kitchenette is a laughable, improvised space behind a cupboard with a single cooking plate that doesn’t even work for frying pans. There’s no table, only one chair has a cushion, and all furniture looks second‑hand. A curious, improvised toilet is squeezed under the staircase, reminiscent of Harry Potter’s first room beneath the stairs—an unintended compliment for this wannabe rental. It seemed the sole purpose of this unit was to maximize profit while spending as little as possible on guest comfort. I would not recommend renting this room. “The prince of Poederooijen” is not a prince at all…

Het chaletje is bizonder mooi en handig ingedeeld. Aan alles is gedacht en het uitzicht is spectaculair. Supersnel internet, wel eigen streamingdienst nodig.

Accueilli très chaleureusement par Peter et une grande confiance. Vélos rangés soigneusement dans son garage. Petit déjeuner dans sa cuisine privée. Tout était parfait.
