The reception staff were super friendly, available 24 hours, and helped us arrange transport to Colca Canyon and taxis. If you leave early in the morning, they serve breakfast in a “travel” format 😃. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It didn’t bother us, but someone else might find the street noise a bit disruptive.

The reception was open 24/7, and the staff were very friendly and well‑informed, helping us organize our tour. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We liked the area; it was about a 15‑minute walk to the city centre, and the neighbourhood was very safe, even at night. Highly recommended.

The staff were genuinely friendly and let us check in at 05:00 in the morning; it was nice to have a place to store our luggage. The room was quite cold and the window faced the reception without blackout curtains. Despite other reviews praising the breakfast, it was still rather basic here—just eggs and bread, with a small waffle as the only extra.

Está céntrico pero en una calle secundaria lo que ayuda a reducir el ruido de los coches El personal del hotel súper atento y dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda Las instalaciones antiguas pero dentro de todo bien mantenidas y limpias. El desayuno estaba genial. El ruido. Aunque la habitación daba a la calle secundaria igual llegaban ruidos de los coches y los cláxones El personal de limpieza se dejó la puerta abierta después de limpiar la habitación
