The front desk guy was absolutely lovely, helped me find a plug converter, and gave me pillows when my room had none—really fantastic. The toilet had urine in it, the windows were dirty, the curtains wouldn’t close, the shower didn’t reach a comfortable temperature, the walls and doors were thin so you could hear screaming children, and the Wi‑Fi was awful.
