The staff were lovely, especially Jessica at reception who found us when our room was ready and was super friendly and helpful throughout. We loved the pool—clean, warm, and the lifeguard provided floats for the kids while still leaving two lanes for swimming. The room was great: good size, comfy beds, and a clean modern bathroom with a decent shower. We ate a snacky dinner at the restaurant; my daughter loved the pizza. The restaurant’s food was a bit basic, but we were after cheap-ish, cheerful fare, so it was fine. We were told we couldn’t use the leisure facilities after check‑out at 11 am, and it would have been nice to stay a couple of hours longer; we’re not sure if we could use them before the 3 pm check‑in time.
