“Horrível”

I never got a room because the place has been shut down for over a year, yet it’s still showing up in listings. I’ve been waiting a few days for my money back and, if they don’t sort it out soon, I’ll take it to consumer protection.

There was no accommodation at all because the place has been closed for more than a year, yet it keeps showing up on the booking site. I’ve been waiting for my refund for a few days; if it doesn’t work out, I’ll go to procon.
