The hot water didn’t work for the first 1.5 days, and the lock was broken.

I was only five minutes from the main street via Toledo, and the area felt quite safe; the room was clean and nicely decorated, but the front door of the room wouldn’t close or open properly.

The place sits right in the heart of the city with very reasonable prices, the AC was excellent, the room felt cozy like the photos, the instructions were clear, and the balcony offered a nice view; I’d definitely recommend it, though you’ll need to wait for accommodation instructions via WhatsApp.

The room was cozy and in a safe spot, and the owner was very communicative; the mini‑fridge and air conditioning were big pluses, but an extra chair would have been nice. I pointed out a few small things that could be improved, like the shower water adjustment and adding towel racks on the bathroom wall, yet I still recommend it and would stay again if we return to Naples.
