“Convenient and comfortable B&B 5 mins' drive from Birr town.”

Breakfast was good; I had fruit with yoghurt, then a cooked breakfast and limitless coffee 😊 Carmel is a lovely lady who goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal for where we were going and the hoist was so nice. Very welcoming and friendly. Made us feel at home and gave us tea and coffee and scones before we headed to a wedding.

“Perfect”

A friendly host and a very good breakfast, plus a nice location with a restaurant/pub within walking distance. Everything was perfect!
