The location right on the lake was great, but the room was extremely small, the beds were still unmade at 21.00 h on arrival, and the view was of garbage bins.

The location and the view from the suite over the lake were fantastic, but there was no minibar, no kettle, and no coffee machine.

The location and the included parking were top! The rooms with lake view were wonderful. The walls are paper – every sound passes through (everything!) and you feel every vibration (like an earthquake). There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open and a heater (on fan mode). The problem was that below was the bar with loud music (Bluetooth speaker on the street!) and drunken shouting guests. The bed was so saggy that we had to take a board out of the wardrobe and lay it under. All doors use a keypad – at the main entrance a decorative trim jammed in the closed door, so we had to wrestle it for 15 minutes just to get into the stairwell.
