It’s very close to the City Palace and market, but the area gets overcrowded.

The staff were very good, but I didn’t feel I received value for the money.

The front‑desk staff were nice, but the night‑shift worker was rude, wore a dirty uniform, and the room was filthy; the food was bad and I ended up in the toilet.

The pictures on the website were completely misleading – the rooms were tiny and not worth the 3-star price tag. The only saving grace was the hotel's proximity to Hawa Mahal, but even that was overshadowed by the terrible service and food at the LMB restaurant. The prices were steep, and the quality was laughable – I'd give it one star, and that's being generous.
