The place is really nice and close to Ueno Station. The room was pleasant, the beds were quite comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The room lacks storage.

We were happy with the location and price of this hotel, but there were a few issues. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and there was no closet, which made it hard to find a place to put our luggage and clothes.
