Casa di Priam

Posizione molto vicina alla stazione, ideale per spostarsi alle 5 terre. Un po’ di rumore dei treni ma assolutamente tollerabile.

L’appartamento era pulito e ben decorato. Silva è stata molto piacevole e particolarmente reattiva. Il quartiere è un po’ rumoroso.

“Bardzo miłe dwie noce w bliskim sąsiedztwie Cingue Terre”

Ładny wystrój pokoju- miło że oprócz łóżka (bardzo wygodnego) był też fotel i stół z krzesłami. Lodówka do dyspozycji, nowa i działająca klimatyzacja. Niesłychanie miła i troskliwa wynajmująca. Lokalizacja blisko dworca i dobrze zaopatrzony sklep w sąsiedztwie (lada z serami, oliwkami). Mimo sąsiedztwa ulicy z jednej strony i torów kolejowych z drugiej było cicho i dobrze się spało. Kwestia warta zaznaczenia- nie jest to dzielnica „przy Starówce”, tylko w drugą stronę od dworca. jeżeli komuś zależy na sąsiedztwie knajpek i wieczornym spacerze po miecie- to musi liczyć się z ok 20 min spacerkiem. Mimo to polecam- bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. I jeszcze-bardzo czysta i wygodna łazienka, wszystko nowe i pachnące

Casa di Priam sits near La Spezia Centrale and you can walk to the sights and great restaurants. The accommodation was amazing, and after a hectic day it was the perfect place to unwind. Silvia was a fantastic host, a genuinely nice person – she handled everything flawlessly.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was arranged thoughtfully, and we felt at home right away. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!
