I stayed on the 17th floor, and the room was super quiet with amazing views of Haifa, making the location a definite plus.

The price was fair and the view was nice, but the pillows and sheets had stains. I asked the reception to replace them after only two nights; they said it wasn’t possible to swap the room the next day, yet they eventually swapped the pillows. The shower was clogged, and each time I showered, water leaked into the room. The kettle exploded on the counter, so I couldn’t make coffee in the morning and had to go out for a decent cup.
The room was good‑sized, the staff helpful, and the beds comfortable, but the area isn’t great and nothing nearby was open in the evening.
The ambience and the night view from the tower were great, but there should have been at least a bottle of water in the room.
