A beautiful, atmospheric room in a historic building, full of interesting period furnishings, right in the heart of the old town. The owner was very friendly and helpful, sharing recommendations with us. Very clean. Everything was wonderful.

My stay in Simonetta’s cosy apartment was wonderful. She was very helpful with information on where to eat and places of interest. The apartment’s location was very convenient; I also felt safe coming in and going out.

Very close to the elevator from Pellini parking and right next to Perugia’s main square. Parking costs 20 euros a day. The lady was truly very nice and thorough with advice on restaurants and activities. She loves animals and instantly adored our dog. The room had all comforts, including a useful air‑conditioner and a coffee machine.
