The location was good, the beach was right there, and it was close to town. Maria, the owner, was friendly and helpful, giving us extended checkout time. The room was extremely small, with nowhere to open suitcases. A luggage rack would have been helpful. Hooks on walls would be a good addition. The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor; new mattresses or at least a mattress topper would be a huge improvement. The bathroom was tiny, had no shower door, and got soaked with every shower – it needs a shower door. The TV was so small it was ridiculous, about the size of an iPad. It needs a normal‑sized TV and streaming services for non‑Greek tourists. Hand soap should have been provided. Overall it felt like management was just trying to do the least amount to get by, very cheaply run.

The location was incredible. Directly on the beach and very easy to walk to and from all of the major attractions and shops. The unit is very small, and there isn’t a lot of room for even two people to set their bags down and navigate. The bathroom, especially, is very small.

The lady at the front desk maria was the best, very helpful in recommending places for us to visit and very nice whenever we interacted with her. The hotel was perfect, large enough to unpack our stuff for our three night stay and the view and location couldn’t have been better, naxos was our favourite island of our trip and staying in the saint george hotel helped make it so 😁. The showers, like most showers in greek hotels just aren’t all that big, and water tends to get all over the bathroom

I had an amazing balcony overlooking Saint George beach. The room was very comfortable and the location was fantastic! Maria and her team were so helpful and nice. They even did a bag of washing for €15!. There was no lift so if someone is not very mobile it would be a challenge. The team helped with my suitcases so it wasn't a problem for me, but important to note for any one who does struggle with stairs
