Clean, staff very friendly. advertised my original room as having a balcony, when I arrived it did not,and was a error. I was staying for 4 weeks and the original room did not have a window or a balcony, so I had to pay extra to get the room with original requests
“Great Value for Money”
This mid-range hotel in Indonesia really delivers - clean and tidy room, bathroom, and bed, with all the essentials like hot water, a fridge, TV, and AC. I've stayed at plenty of similar hotels here, but this one stands out as one of the best. Can't complain about the price, it's a great deal!
“Disappointing Stay”
The staff here are really nice, but that's about where the positives end. The room was dirty, with dirty bed sheets, and there was no WiFi or window - not exactly ideal.

So, I'd already paid for my stay with my card, but when I arrived, the hotel claimed there'd been a mistake with their application to Booking, and I was asked for an extra 183,000 IDR - not exactly what I was expecting. The staff didn't speak a word of English, which made things tough. And to top it off, the room I got wasn't even the one I'd booked - no balcony, no window. The Wi-Fi was super weak, and by day two, it wasn't even working.

We showed up with our printed Booking reservation, expecting to just check in, but the guy told us we had to pay extra since we didn't have a reservation - like, what? He didn't seem to understand us, or maybe he was just pretending not to. We ended up paying more because it was late. The room was infested with mosquitoes, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. We had to sleep in our sleeping bags because nothing was clean. The bathroom wasn't much better.
