The location was very good, the room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were responsive; in room 102 the light bulb over the sink was out and the shower sprayer was broken and needed replacement—it shoots out at the handle—but otherwise everything was great; just a note for you to fix it. Thanks for a great stay!

The location was fine, but the price‑quality ratio was zero: there was no hot water, the fridge was dirty and leaking, the retro shower was bad, the bathroom bin was disgusting, the hair dryer was broken and there was no proper outlet; continuous noise in the hallway all night and no contact person, except a kind lady in the morning who needed training for cleaning. I chose the hotel for its reviews, especially cleanliness, and now I wonder how the reviews can miss the reality.

The spot was really convenient, but the shower had some mould and I heard a fight in the room next door.

The hostess was amazing—quick to answer questions and helped arrange transport, and the location was great with easy walking distance to all attractions. I’d give it a 10 if not for the property: the door lock was hard to open, the door needed a firm shoulder and hip check, hot water was missing two out of three days, the shower handle fell off, the shower doors didn’t close fully leaving a puddle, and the lightbulb over the sink was burnt out.
