Excellent location, good restaurant, spacious, comfortable room with clean white linens. The carpet in the room needs updating.

A stunning hotel with beautiful surroundings, a fantastic spa, and a pool that opens onto the street; the view from the room window is incredible. Everything else was just perfect.

The hotel is quite comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. The spa is clean and nice. Check‑in was at 14.00, and the sky‑pass also started at 14.00, so after checking in and changing we were on the slopes at 15.00—very inconvenient! There are no separate storage spots for ski gear, nor any equipment to dry ski boots. There is no rental shop; you have to carry your skis and boots to the rental and back. Is this a 5‑star hotel? Not really. People come here to relax and expect a certain level of comfort. The rental was also a mess: they brought the gear at 9.50, but charged for the whole day. In Bukovel, I left my gear at the reception when I checked out, and no one had any complaints!
