The location was great, easy to reach yet still quiet. Costas was charming and authentically Greek. The rooms were modernly designed and the premises were nice. However, there was no breakfast or bar, and it felt more like apartments than a hotel, lacking basic amenities such as cutlery and plates. Paying 400 € per night for a double room seemed too expensive. The pool was tiny and unused, there were no flowers or decorative touches, and guests usually stayed only 1–2 nights, so there was little coziness. The balcony tables were too close to the windows of other apartments, causing disturbances. The shower didn’t work well.

Kotos, the manager, was super friendly and did everything he could to help and give suggestions for a better stay. His English was very good, and he went above and beyond when we were upset about missing facilities that were advertised. The room’s design and style were lovely, great for photos but more about style than function, so it wasn’t ideal for living! Be careful: many listed facilities don’t exist or are only available with the room you buy. The garden isn’t lush, the views aren’t stunning, and Room 2 sold as a patio room actually faces the reception/office. We had to keep our curtains closed for privacy. There’s no patio, outside seating, or personal space—see photos 1 & 2 for the real view from the bed. The pool is a plunge pool, not a swimming pool; the laundry room, property entrance, and reception area are a cramped space just outside the two lower‑floor rooms—see the photo of that space. Our room door is the blue one at the top right, facing the manager’s office, while the door by the pool is the laundry door. There’s no breakfast, minimart, or coffee shop on site, and the management either fails to reply when we contact them on site or from home.

The hotel was very nice, close to the centre yet very quiet. We got exactly the room we booked in advance and were very happy with it. The terrace added extra space, so the relatively small rooms didn’t bother us.
