The location is good, the buffet breakfast has a good range / options. The staff are problematic here because they don’t listen. They just smile, but have no skills to manage situations. Wrong rooms, broken facilities, loud neighbours. I was happy to check out

Everything. Staff. Location. All on point and staff go above and beyond . Even improved more from last trip. And even has bug spray in room for us to use. Requested a soft bed topper before arrival and it was magical. Having to leave and go home 😔. Would like to see some wet floor mats that can be used on porch or room as tiles are super slippery

The hotel is located in a great position, across the road from the beach. Within walking distance to garlic lane (I have a mobility issue) so it was great to walk around and have restaurants and bars and spas within walking distance. The on-site restaurant is great. The Villas could benefit from having a kitchenette with a sink etc
