The building is solid, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are helpful, and it's just a 10‑minute walk from the train station, though the room’s location and cleanliness could use improvement.
The hotel is gorgeous, meticulously detailed, and sits in a prime central spot that lets you stroll around the city; the room was immaculate and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help—highly recommended!

The staff are very welcoming and thoughtful, the room is very clean, and breakfast is pleasant in a calm setting, though the pianist keeps playing the same tunes; a few traditional Italian tracks would add nice variety.
