The spot was very handy, close to the stadium and not far from the center. Overall, a decent hotel, clean, with good mattresses and pillows, and courteous staff. I stayed with a family that had a little kid who cried, and the soundproofing was almost nonexistent. The bar stayed open until 23:00 but was closed in the morning. Breakfast offered variety, yet it was bland.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and attended an exhibition in Jakarta at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Kemayoran. From the moment we arrived, the hotel team’s professionalism and attention to detail impressed us. After passing security, we checked in and were immediately reassured by the hotel’s commitment to safety. The staff welcomed us warmly and offered the famous DoubleTree cookies, making us feel at home right away. The biggest surprise was finding our room beautifully decorated for our anniversary—a thoughtful, personal touch that made the stay memorable. Each morning, breakfast at the restaurant was another highlight; the selection was excellent, and the personalized service stood out. The manager and team were attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed our meals, asking our preferences and arranging special requests whenever possible. Our breakfast table was reserved under our name throughout the stay, a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel valued. Having stayed at many five‑star hotels worldwide, we rarely experience such sincere, personalized service. The team at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Kemayoran exceeded our expectations.
