The free shuttle between the hotel and the metro runs every 20 minutes, the room is immaculate, and the staff are pleasant. The breakfast choices were a bit limited.

The staff were extremely welcoming and ready to help whenever I needed it. The room was spacious, elegant, and spotless, with very comfortable beds and soundproof windows that kept the already quiet streets from bothering me. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of choices so I could pick whatever I liked best. The location was perfect: Shin-Osaka Station was just a few blocks away, making the metro and city travel hassle‑free, and it was also convenient for catching Shinkansen and JR trains to and from Osaka. The hotel’s restaurant served lunch and dinner, which was very convenient. The soundproofing of the windows was good, though I could hear emergency vehicle sirens from outside on occasion; the noise wasn’t disruptive enough to ruin a good night’s sleep.
