The location right next to Brückenkopfpark is simply fantastic, and the café/restaurant is cozy, but the restaurant was closed.

We flew in for the World Rally Championship in Aachen and stayed for two nights; the room and bathroom were fine and clean, and the breakfast was sensationally good with a wide variety of freshly prepared items. The facilities were only semi‑adequate—there was a chair for four people, which felt a bit tight, but we were just staying overnight. Accessibility was only semi‑good; phone support was disastrous, and the chat was also poor. I left something behind, and it took 14 days and countless messages before I got it back. On the bright side, they sent me a culture bag that didn’t belong to me, but nobody responded to my follow‑up, so I’ll probably just throw it away—what a shame.

Nothing good; everything that a hotel for sporty young people would offer, we ended up having to settle with the youth at the self‑service.
