The indoor pool area is stunning.

The shower water was excellent, and the pool and fitness areas worked well, especially when traveling with athletic kids; every time I stayed, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. However, the ice machine was broken, the hot tub was out of service, and the outside property could use a facelift—it doesn’t look appealing, but it’s still a wonderful place.

The indoor pool was great, but the mattress felt a bit soft, the fit and finish were lacking overall, and there were loose tiles in our room.
