The room description on the website was misleading; what was advertised as a King Suite turned out to be a deluxe twin bed accommodation (King Studio) according to the hotel, so I paid for a suite and ended up in a smaller room with fewer in‑room amenities. The staff were exceptionally obliging and courteous, and the service was very good. The food was of good quality and taste.

I asked for a towel and they just forgot it, and the price was high for such a poor experience.

The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking, and the front desk staff were polite and well‑mannered, but the rooms and bathrooms fell short, with noticeable cleanliness and maintenance problems.

It was close to BHU, yet the service, staff attitude, and breakfast disappointed me; when I booked, I was told I wouldn’t need to pay before checking in, but I was forced to pay a day ahead of my arrival.
